Under load, I am getting an occasional AccessViolation in WDMAUD.DRV, and my application is crashing.

There is already another bug someone reported here: https://naudio.codeplex.com/discussions/400962#post933371. I might try implementing an event callback model for recording at some point as that might prove more robust.
