Created Unassigned: Change MaxProductNameLength from 32 to 64 [16511]

It seems to bee
NAudio.Wave.WaveInCapabilities.MaxProductNameLength = 32;
is not long enough in some situations.

If you want to display this to the user then it looks a bit strange.
