AudioSessionControl2, AudioSessionManager2 (from CoreAudioApi) and other classes are not implemented.

Please, wait for my commit before moving this repository to github :) I already completed changes to library and now I almost completed demo "Volume Mixer" (which similar to Windows 7 Volume Mixer panel). 2. It is seems to me that you already asked permission from Ray Molenkamp: http://naudio.codeplex.com/discussions/463620 I can paste licence header to files.
