Commented Issue: Strong Signed NAudio [16334]

I need the NAudio.dll to be strong signed, because a project I am working.
Error Assembly 'NAudio.dll' must be strong signed in order to be marked as a prerequisite.

Comments: For now, I suggest build it yourself as strong signed. However, this is something I will try to do in a future NAudio
